charmed by my stay
clean rooms spacious feel present lifeguard
I stayed for seven nights and found it to be a great family getaway. the hotel rooms had a clean, spacious feel and i got fresh towels and bedding each day. the pools were a great hit with my little one! lifeguards were present. That kept my mind at ease.
The sunbed situation was a problem. guests started putting towels on sunbeds very early. The pool did not open until 10am. it made it uncomfortable.

Staff members were friendly at all areas of the hotel. That added much to the experience. the reception personnel were super and reacted quickly to all questions. i give them top marks. always busy and very friendly.

the hotel is close to amenities. i saw a supermarket across the road, a kids play park, and a chemist. the beach is a short walk. a bus to palma stops nearby.

the food selection at the restaurant was great for all three courses. the snack bar was frequently replenished during the day, which i liked. i always found something i liked. meat dishes were abundant.

The rooms are modern. I enjoyed them. the bathroom was good. i found the beds and sofa bed comfortable too. the room was serviced everyday, so that was very convenient

Solid Stay at Popular Spot
handy snack bar quick staff
I stayed for several nights. The snack bar at the pool was handy. Staff worked quickly at the pool bar. They got drinks out fast. Staff regularly checked to make sure people did not reserve beds and leave them empty. I appreciated this approach to sunbed availability.

The hotel has two pools. One is for children with slides. The pools have attentive staff. There is a poolside snack bar that offers convenient refreshments, and the bar service is quick, which I liked.

The hotel offers daily cleaning. The staff works hard to maintain the premises, and they are generally very responsive. They address guest needs efficiently, which I appreciated, but I saw some inconsistencies in service levels..

adequate stay with some shortcomings
sunbed shortage repetitive food
Getting a sunbed proved quite difficult. I often had to resort to using a chair from the snack bar instead. the lack of enforcement regarding reserving sunbeds worsened this situation, despite the signs posted. the food quality was also not up to a 4-star standard, in my opinion. i found the meals repetitive with a basic selection of items.

The staff showed enthusiasm organizing activities. There were many activities for children.
The children's pool was dirty. I saw scum on the water each morning. The food in the main restaurant did not accommodate the children. It was repetitive. I don't want to eat the same things every day!!!

clean pools good variety nice decor
the pools were very clean , and lifeguards watched closely. we enjoyed the variety of food and drinks available. the hotel decor was nice , and the rooms were cleaned daily.
the pool bar faced the snack bar , making the area feel a little less upscale.
